Safari Bar — Milk Chocolate & Freeze-Dried Banana, 220g

A rich Ghana milk chocolate bar scattered with pieces of organic freeze-dried banana, giving bursts of natural banana flavour without turning the chocolate overly sweet.

The base is the same 40% Single Origin Ghana milk chocolate, combined with approximately 30g of freeze-dried banana chunks. The banana brings a light fruitiness and slightly crisp texture that works particularly well against the creamy chocolate.

No additional sugar is added to the banana inclusion, and the bar contains no palm oil.

This was one of the strongest combinations from the Lady Jasper prototype tasting: simple, distinctive and very easy to keep eating.
