The Safari Collection is inspired by the idea of exploration discovering new places, new experiences and, in our case, new ways to enjoy chocolate.

While our Signature Collection celebrates classic chocolate indulgence, Safari is where Lady Jasper becomes more adventurous. These bars are designed to be bigger, bolder and more playful, combining premium chocolate with exciting fillings, textures and flavours.

From honeycomb and caramel to fruit, biscuit, coffee, nuts and mousse-style centres, Safari gives us the freedom to respond to the growing demand for chunky, generously filled chocolate bars while still keeping the Lady Jasper emphasis on quality and presentation.

The name Safari reflects that spirit of discovery. Some flavours may be inspired by Africa, while others simply explore combinations we think chocolate lovers will enjoy. Below is a blueprint for some of our concepts which we are working on:
