Thank you for choosing Lady Jasper Chocolates. We carefully prepare every order to help your chocolates arrive promptly and in excellent condition.

UK Delivery

To minimise the time that chocolate spends in transit, Lady Jasper sends UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 includes end-to-end tracking, delivery notifications and a photograph on delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, although this is a delivery aim and is not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer for certain destinations or during exceptionally busy periods.

Delivery charges

• One chocolate bar: £3.95
• Orders containing more than one bar: £5.95
• Orders of £50 or more: free UK delivery

The higher charge for multi-bar orders reflects the larger protective packaging required. The applicable delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Dispatch

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. The Royal Mail delivery aim begins when your parcel has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

During exceptionally warm weather, we may delay dispatch briefly or choose the safest available posting day to protect the condition of your chocolate. We will notify you if this materially affects your order.

International Shipping

Lady Jasper is gradually expanding international delivery.

Where international shipping is available, delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated during checkout based on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply within their own country.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Lady Jasper cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by a customer.

Warm Weather

Chocolate is sensitive to temperature. We package products carefully and use a prompt tracked service for UK orders, but we cannot guarantee that chocolate will remain unaffected if a parcel is left outside or exposed to excessive heat after delivery.

We recommend monitoring the tracking information and retrieving your delivery as soon as possible after arrival.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. You can use the Royal Mail tracking link to follow the parcel and view available delivery options.

Delivery Issues
