Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
During exceptionally warm weather or busy seasonal periods, dispatch times may occasionally be extended to help maintain product quality.
International Shipping
Lady Jasper is gradually expanding international delivery.
Where international shipping is available, delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated during checkout based on the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply within their own country.

Lady Jasper cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
Warm Weather
Chocolate is sensitive to temperature.
Although we package products carefully, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will remain unaffected if parcels are left outside or exposed to excessive heat after delivery.
We recommend that customers retrieve deliveries as soon as possible after arrival.
